Since we operate deliveries through a third-party service, customers must check the product’s quality and quantity at the time of delivery. If any issues arise, you must file a complaint within three (3) days of receiving your order.

Additionally, if you refuse to accept the delivery, a minimum delivery charge of 60 BDT will apply for online orders.

⚠️ Note: Any complaints after the product has been delivered will be more complicated to process.

Return Policy for Customers in Dhaka City

  1. Send the product back at your own expense.
  2. Once we receive the item, we will verify the issue.
  3. After approval, we will refund your money.
  4. Depending on the order, a return charge of 100-150 BDT will apply.

Return Policy for Customers Outside Dhaka

  1. Book a return shipment to our provided address.
  2. We will process the refund once we receive the parcel.
  3. Refunds will be issued based on product verification.

Complaint & Refund Timeline

  • Customers must file a complaint within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • We will process refunds after verifying the return request.

Compensation Policy

We value your trust and understand your concerns regarding pricing and product quality. If you feel that a 1,000 BDT product is worth only 500 BDT, you may claim a partial refund.

How does this work?

  • If we find your claim reasonable, you can receive 5-10% of the product’s value as compensation.

💡 Example: If you paid 1,000 BDT for a product but believe it is worth only 900 BDT, we may compensate you with 50-100 BDT, depending on our review.
